After the perfect delivery of 3,500 tons of T+L cluches welded pile pipe in 2022, Xinyue steel received an enquiry of casing pipe for underground structural support for same project from this contractor in May, 23, with the size of 1750mm inner diameter and 12 meters length, total quantity is 6,000 tons. Due to the single specification and large quantity, the project bidding is very fierce. Thanks to Xinyue’s rich experience in project operation, as well as the strong resource integration and deployment capabilities, we submitted a very attractive solution to client from the first offer. Shortly the confirmed PO was well received in July, our company immediately planned the production time in advance according to the batch delivery time agreed with the customer, and locked the shipping schedule and shipping space with the shipowner in advance, giving the customer a comprehensive guarantee of delivery on demand and quality.
After nearly a year, all steel casing pipes have been well produced and delivered to the project site on schedule. During this period, we have experienced such situations as sea freight risen, temporary adjustment of delivery plan or postponed the delivery schedule by client, and the shortage of production and transportation capacity during the Lunar New Year. However, Xinyue has always taken the principle of project service priority and tried our best to meet the needs of client by adjusting production and shipping schedule according to the project real situation.
