This order is still for welded pipes supplied to regular clients in Vietnam. This customer has been cooperating with Xinyue for 4 years. After years of cooperation, the customer’s recognition of Xinyue brand’s steel products is extremely high. This order consists of 24 tons, which are supplementary materials for its bridge project. The customer needs to start using this batch of materials within one month and has stated that they only accept delivery within one month. After receiving our price, the customer immediately sent us the PO on the same day. Knowing the urgency of the customer, we completed the bundling, marking and other processing for the customer within a week and sent them to the port.
During each shipment process, we will maintain close contact with customers and provide them with photos of finished products and container loading in a timely manner.
