At the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition (ADIPEC) in October 2023, Xinyue met a well-known contractor from Middle East for the first time. This discussion laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two parties. In December of the same year, we were honored to receive a detailed inquiry from the customer. At that time, the project was in the bidding stage, aiming to help the Middle East government build a more complete water supply and drainage system.
In order to help customers stand out in the fierce competition, the Xinyue team responded quickly and provided detailed technical information and professional solutions. We optimized the quotation plan many times according to customer needs to ensure that every detail meets the project requirements. After unremitting efforts, the customer successfully won the bid in July 2024, and Xinyue also ushered in the first cooperation opportunity with this Middle East partner.
After receiving the order, the Xinyue team immediately started production, strictly controlled product quality, and ensured that every process met the ASTM A335 standard. At the same time, we fully cooperated with the customer’s third-party to conduct comprehensive testing of the product to ensure that all specifications can meet the stringent requirements of the Middle East government project. After the joint efforts of the team, the product was delivered on schedule, which not only saved time, but also won high praise from customers. Xinyue’s professionalism and integrity have once again been recognized by the international market.
