These three orders are still for SMLS pipes and Fittings for repairing pipelines for our regular customers in Africa, total 17 tons. This is already the 13th order that the customer has cooperated with Xinyue since we meet in 2023 exhibition. From the initial quarterly orders to the current monthly orders, from the EXW terms to the current CIF terms to the later DDP terms, the sustained orders are not only due to the customer’s recognition of the quality of Xinyue Manufacturing, but also due to the customer’s recognition of Xinyue’s logistics and transportation capabilities, as well as the recognition of Xinyue’s high-quality service. Xinyue quality control and service are integrated throughout the entire process of order execution.
Each order from Xinyue has strict quality control: at the moment of receiving the customer’s order, all Departments (Sales, Technology, Quality, Production, Procurement, Logistics, etc.) will be convened for a pre-production meeting to ensure that all process from raw materials to production to shipment are meeting the customer’s requirements. Right now all materials have been shipped and loaded into containers, and will soon arrive at the customer’s destination port.
