For this order, the customer required a delivery cycle of only 20 days for stainless steel pipes, which is far shorter than the industry’s conventional production cycle of 50 to 60 days. It completed the production task ahead of schedule in just 12 days, providing the customer with valuable buffer time for delivery.
After production was completed, we strictly followed international standards and the customer’s special requirements, cooperating to complete the third-party inspection to ensure that each pipe passed the tests for dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties. At the same time, to ensure the timeliness of logistics, the Xinyue team arranged the packing operation overnight and selected the direct transportation solution of the China-Europe Railway Express to achieve efficient operation throughout the entire chain of “production + quality inspection + logistics” and fulfill the delivery commitment to the customer.
