At the end of 2023, Xinyue Steel made friends with new customers in the Middle East at the BIG 5 Exhibition in Dubai. After nearly a year of in-depth communication and product display, combined with the operational advantages of Xinyue’s local overseas warehouse, the customer sent an inquiry during the exhibition in November 2024 ready to purchase a batch of high-end rectangular tubes for interior decoration.
This batch of products have very strict requirements for surface quality, involving details such as flatness, outer arc radius and weld quality. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, the Xinyue team responds quickly, deeply studies customer needs and sends high standard samples. The customer highly recognized the sample quality and subsequently confirmed the order according to the project progress in February 2025.
After the order was signed, all departments of Xinyue cooperated efficiently to quickly promote raw material procurement, production and shipping booking. In the production process, the quality inspection team strictly controls every link to ensure that the product has zero defects. The goods finally passed the acceptance smoothly and won the full recognition of customers. It is worth mentioning that before the first batch of goods arrived at the port, the customer needed to add another batch of structural rectangular pipes due to the project. Based on the trust in the quality and service of Xinyue, the customer confirmed the order immediately after receiving the quotation. Xinyue quickly deployed inventory, the first time to arrange shipping delivery after the completion of quality inspection.
