In December 2024, Xinyue welcomed an important new European client. As a powerful engineering project supplier in Europe, this client has long been in demand for straight seams and spiral pipes in pile driving projects and has always been strict in the selection of partners.
During the initial cooperation stage, the client maintained a cautious attitude. After several rounds of quotation communication, our side promptly submitted a complete set of qualification documents and technical materials such as ITP and MTC, and won the initial trust with professional and standardized preparations. During the progress of the cooperation, the client has raised a challenge due to the quota restrictions in Europe: production must be completed and assembled to the port within 30 days. In response to this urgent requirement, the purchasing department and the Documentation department of Xinyue promptly coordinated and collaborated efficiently, strictly controlling the production progress and logistics scheduling throughout the process. Eventually, the shipment was completed on schedule and successfully passed the SGS port loading supervision and verification.
