We were pleased to receive another order from our regular client in Southeast Asia this August, supplying a full range of stainless steel materials for their desalination plant project, including duplex stainless smls steel pipes, fittings, flanges, steel plates, U channels, flat bars, U-bolts, and fabricated items. This collaboration follows two successful orders completed earlier this year and further demonstrates the client’s strong trust in Xinyue’s professional capabilities and execution.
This project is for a desalination plant, which places very high demands on material corrosion resistance and processing quality, especially for duplex stainless steel products where welding, forming, and controlling the heat-affected zone are particularly challenging. The client provided complete construction drawings and requested that we produce everything strictly according to the specifications, with a tight delivery schedule. To meet this timeline, our team worked with full dedication, carefully controlling every step from steel cutting and welding to the fabrication of welded items. Once the welded items were completed, we precisely fitted the U-bolts and other associated components to ensure that all products could be installed smoothly on site. In the end, the entire order was completed ahead of schedule and delivered to the client on time.
After the delivery, we continued to maintain close communication with the client, confirming construction drawings and on-site requirements in a timely manner. The client frequently shared installation photos and on-site feedback, allowing us to clearly understand how our products performed in actual application. He repeatedly commented, “Your factory workmanship is very good.” Such recognition greatly encouraged our team and further demonstrated the client’s strong trust in Xinyue’s overall capabilities.
