With a long-term cooperation foundation with our Saudi client, this power transmission project took around six months from initial discussions to final order confirmation. During this period, both sides had multiple rounds of in-depth technical and commercial discussions, and finally reached full alignment on technical specifications and business terms, leading to successful cooperation.
The project is located in Saudi Arabia and is used for power transmission lines. The product is EN10025-6 S460Q high-strength ERW steel pipe, with specifications of 219.1×8×11800mm and 219.1×5×9388mm, totaling approximately 1000 tons. The project requires strict control on strength, straightness, wall thickness, and welding consistency.
During project execution, Xinyue actively supported the client’s sample testing requirements and coordinated with third-party inspection agencies to conduct multiple performance tests and verifications, ensuring full compliance with technical standards. In production, Xinyue strictly controlled the ERW welding process and full-quality inspection, and all batches passed third-party inspection.
Facing a tight delivery schedule, Xinyue prioritized production planning, activated expedited manufacturing arrangements, and efficiently coordinated the entire process to ensure all key milestones were met. Ultimately, the order was completed ahead of schedule.
With a stable quality system and strong engineering experience, the project achieved a complete cycle from technical validation and sample testing to mass production and delivery, once again demonstrating Xinyue’s execution capability and delivery strength in high-strength structural materials and international power projects.
