This mining transportation pipeline project is custom-ordered by Xinyue’s long-term cooperative African project company, and the products will eventually be applied to African mining construction projects, undertaking the core mission of efficient and safe transportation of mining materials. Officially launched in 2025, the project went through technical communication, scheme optimization and detailed negotiation. The customer fully recognized Xinyue’s technical strength and delivery guarantee, and finally confirmed the procurement cooperation.
The products in this order are customized welded steel pipes for mining, adopting a structural design with welded flanges at both ends. Meanwhile, in strict accordance with the customer’s specified requirements, imported Linatex rubber, an internationally renowned brand, is selected for the pipeline lining. The production link of the project is extremely challenging: the product welding standards and rubber lining process requirements are far higher than the general industry standards. In addition, the core lining rubber raw materials rely on foreign imports, and there are no similar alternative manufacturers in China, which puts extremely high requirements on production technology, quality control and supply chain coordination.
Faced with multiple technical and production difficulties, Xinyue’s production team rose to the challenge, assembled technical backbones to tackle process difficulties, and strictly adhered to the quality bottom line throughout the entire process from raw material warehousing, production and processing to finished product inspection. In the end, all product inspection results achieved 100% qualification, ensuring the quality and performance of each pipeline with ultimate ingenuity.
