In the first quarter of 2026, Xinyue successfully completed the shipment of spiral steel pipes for the New Zealand pile foundation project. Although these are conventional piling steel pipes, they are manufactured in strict accordance with rigorous overseas engineering standards, with overall technical and quality requirements far exceeding domestic conventional standards. This order embodies years of running-in, persistence and accumulation between our company and the client.
The client is a seasoned practitioner in the pile foundation engineering industry with extremely high standards for product technology, production procedures and quality control. At the initial stage of cooperation, the client maintained a rigorous and prudent attitude and raised numerous questions concerning project adaptability, technical parameters, quality control systems and delivery guarantee. The year 2025 marked a crucial turning point for the upgrading of bilateral cooperation. To break the barriers of online communication and accurately meet the needs of overseas projects, the Xinyue team took the initiative to travel to New Zealand for in-depth face-to-face communication with the client. Intuitive communication, pragmatic docking and sincere attitude enabled the client to fully recognize Xinyue’s strength and original aspiration, and both sides officially launched a new normalized and in-depth cooperation model.
The new order based on in-depth mutual trust posed great production challenges. Restricted by customized specifications, high-precision technical requirements and overseas export standards, the production process was complicated and quality control difficulty increased significantly. Faced with difficulties, Xinyue’s production, technical and quality inspection teams collaborated efficiently to optimize production techniques and refine process procedures. Complete production and data records were retained throughout the whole process to realize full-process traceability.
After the completion of finished products, we conducted all-round inspections in strict accordance with API international standards, and prepared a full set of compliant technical documents simultaneously. Finally, we completed the delivery on schedule with guaranteed quality and quantity, successfully overcoming all production challenges of this project.
