Since early 2024, Xinyue has established contact with a well-known Malaysian steel fabrication company. In September 2024, we deepened our mutual trust through face-to-face discussions at the OGA exhibition. Continuous follow-ups after the exhibition gradually solidified our partnership, culminating in our first order in February 2025.
The order consists of ASTM A312 TP310S seamless stainless steel pipes, with non-standard lengths that are rarely available in stock. Additionally, 310S material has limited circulation, making procurement challenging. Furthermore, the customer had a tight schedule, requiring delivery within 10 days, which posed a significant challenge to our supply chain integration and coordination capabilities.
In response to this challenge, Xinyue swiftly activated an emergency procurement and coordination mechanism, integrating resources in the shortest possible time to formulate the optimal solution. With our stable supply chain and flexible production scheduling capabilities, we ensured the successful execution of the order. Ultimately, we completed the delivery in just 7 days, meeting the customer’s urgent needs and earning their high recognition.
