I met this French customer in 2018. The customer visited the factory twice, and was very satisfied with the equipment, professionalism and management of the factory, and placed orders for Xinyue in the next few years.
This order is for 914 pile pipes, with a total of more than 400 tons. As it is a marine pile pipe project, the outer surface of the steel pipe needs Hempel’s epoxy coating and the shipment also needs to be very professional and careful. After more than 1 month of production, all the coated pipes have been produced and passed the comprehensive inspection by a third party. Considering the fragility of the coated pipe, the packaging is factory-installed. Each pipe has been added with 8 cloth ropes and the pipe ends are equipped with slings. At the same time, the container is an open-top container, and the three sides of the pipe are covered with high strength. High cardboard, there is also cardboard between each layer of tubes to prevent damage from friction.
