This client was introduced to us by a terminal we have been cooperating with for many years. The terminal is particularly satisfied with Xin Yue’s supply capacity and service over the years. This is the first time we have collaborated with this client. From inquiry to finalizing the contract took less than a week. In this collaboration, Xin Yue provided the client with high-quality IPE European standard steel and angle steel. Although the order size was not large, we meticulously controlled every aspect to ensure quality and delivery time. We have a professional quality control system. Before production, we communicate with the client to confirm every detail to avoid any potential issues, and submit the ITP for client approval.
After order confirmation, we immediately held a pre-production meeting to ensure a smooth production process. We cooperated with third-party inspection agencies for chemical and physical testing, with BV conducting dimensional inspections and witnessing the physical and chemical processes. All inspection results were qualified. The efficient production process was completed in 15 days. Currently, due to severe congestion at Tianjin Port, we are awaiting the arrival of the bulk cargo ship.
