Ⅰ. High heat transfer coefficient of stainless steel pipe
Stainless steel pipes have a high heat transfer coefficient. The heat transfer performance of stainless steel pipe is realized by its unique ultra-thin-walled steel pipe, which is a thin-walled pipe with continuous tangent between large and small arcs and corrugated inner and outer shapes. The height difference between the wave crest and the wave trough causes the fluid to be strongly disturbed. This disturbance comes from the three-dimensional movement of the fluid inside and outside the tube, so the degree of disturbance is more intense and thorough. Even if the fluid velocity is very low, it may become turbulent, and the temperature gradient of the thin-walled tube wall is very small.
Ⅱ. High temperature resistence of stainless steel pipe
Stainless steel pipes are very resistant to high temperatures. Although the stainless steel pipe has a thin wall (0.5-0.8mm), the pressure-bearing capacity of the steel pipe is greatly improved due to the special free forming process and the unique arc shape. The one-way failure pressure of the stainless steel pipemeasured in the experiment is generally about 20Mpa. In fact, it is safe to control the pressure below 6.4Mpa. At the same time, the stainless steel pipe is made of stainless steel, which can adapt to higher working temperatures, up to 450 degrees. Stainless steel pipe is a kind of flexible component with certain thermal compensation ability, like the stainless steel welded pipe, which has good adaptability to large working temperature difference, small thermal stress of equipment, and obvious advantages over ordinary pipes.
Ⅲ. Strong anti-scaling function of stainless steel pipe
Stainless steel pipe has a strong anti-scaling function. It is made of high-quality stainless steel and is corrosion-resistant. More importantly, the special internal and external waveforms of the stainless steel pipe make the surface not easy to accumulate dust since turbulent medium constantly washes the inner and outer surfaces of the heat exchange tube. Even if fouling occurs, because the stainless steel pipe is a flexible element, the curvature of each part of the stainless steel pipe changes continuously after being affected by the temperature difference during the working process. Although the deformation caused by this curvature change is not large, the linear expansion coefficient of the dirt and the metal stainless steel pipe is very different, so there will be a large tension between the dirt and the surface of the stainless steel pipe, which is enough to make the dirt fall off, so as to automatically clean and remove the dirt. Especially this aspect is incomparable to other pipelines.
The stress distribution of the stainless steel pipe is uniform and the corrosion resistance is strong. The characteristic of the process of stainless steel pipe is that in the forming process, the deformation is not caused by the forced flow of metal in the mold, but the “soft forming” of the free-flowing process. Since this forming process has no forced deformation, it has strong stress corrosion resistance, no stress concentration, small residual stress, uniform stress distribution, and no defects. Long service life and reasonable price. This is the reason why many heat exchanger manufacturers choose stainless steel pipes. Stainless steel pipes not only save resources, but also improve performance.
