1. Bundle packaging
1) The steel pipes should be prevented from being damaged during bundling and transportation, and the bundling signs should be uniform.
2) The same bundle of steel pipes should be steel pipes of the same furnace number (batch number), the same steel grade, and the same specification. They should not be bundled in mixed furnaces (batch numbers), and those that are less than one bundle should be bundled into small bundles.
3) The weight of each bundle of steel pipes should not exceed 3000kg tons. The bundle weight can be increased with the consent of the user, but the maximum weight cannot exceed 5000kg.
4) When bundling flat-end steel pipes, one end should be aligned, the difference between the pipe ends at the aligned ends is less than 20mm, and the length difference of each bundle of steel pipes is less than 0.60m. However, the length difference of each bundle of steel pipes ordered according to the usual length is less than 1.5m, and the longest and second longest steel pipes in a bundle of steel pipes shall not exceed 0.30m.
5) When bundling steel pipes with joints, the joints of the upper and lower adjacent rows of steel pipes should be staggered forward and backward, starting from the second layer and staggered backwards, and the staggered amount should not be less than the length of one joint. The length difference of each bundle of steel pipes is less than 0.60m, and the longest and second longest steel pipes in a bundle of steel pipes shall not exceed 0.30m.
6) According to the requirements of the buyer, plastic protective caps can be placed on both ends of each plain-end steel pipe.
2. Bundle form
There are basically two types of bundled steel pipes: one is the common type, and the other is the special type with plastic-steel brackets.
1) Ordinary type
a Steel pipes can be shaped into triangles, hexagons or other regular shapes. The tensile strength of the binding steel strip is ≥785Mpa. The elongation is ≥6%, and the number of repeated bending is ≥6. Ordinary precision, width 31.75 (32) mm, thickness 0.9 mm or higher strength grade blued steel strip.
b The length of the steel pipe is greater than or equal to 8m, and each bundle is packed with at least 9 steel strips, divided into 3 groups, and tied into 3-3-3. The length of the steel pipe is less than 8m, and each bundle is tied with 8 steel strips, divided into 3 groups, and tied into 3-2-3. The distance between each steel strip in the two sets of steel strips at the end is about 0.20m, and the distance between the first steel strip and the aligned end of the steel pipe is about 0.50m. The final steel strip of the fixed-length steel pipe is about 0.50m away from the other end, and the final steel strip of the non-fixed-length steel pipe is about 0.30m away from the shortest steel pipe end. The middle group of steel strips is evenly arranged, but the distance between the steel strips is at most 2m.
c When there are special requirements, two steel wire rope buckles shall be tied for each bundle, and the distance between the buckle and the pipe end shall be 1/4 of the length of the steel pipe. The steel wire rope is added with a PVC pipe, and the part without a PVC pipe is padded with a rubber belt. It must be clamped with 2 rope clamps and twisted into a rope buckle.
d When there are special requirements, 4 plastic snap rings or nylon rope loops can be added to a single steel pipe. The snap rings or rope loops should be fastened firmly and must not be loose or fall off during transportation.
2) Special type with plastic steel bracket
When there are special requirements, the steel pipe can be punched into a square shape with a plastic steel bracket. 4 brackets are placed on each layer of steel pipes, and the first bracket is 0.50m away from the aligned end of the steel pipes. The end bracket of the fixed-length steel pipe is 0.50m away from the other end, and the end bracket of the non-fixed-length steel pipe is 0.25m away from the shortest copper pipe end. The other two brackets are evenly arranged, and the brackets should be fixed with fasteners.
3. Container packaging
1) Cold-rolled or cold drawn seamless tubing and polished hot-rolled stainless steel pipes can be packed in containers (such as iron boxes and wooden boxes).
2) The weight of the packaged container should comply with relevant regulations. After negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, the maximum weight of each container can be increased
