This order is pipe fittings—elbows— supplied to trader client in Saudi Arabia. The customer has decades of experience in steel trade locally and is also very cautious in selecting suppliers. The customer stated at the beginning of the inquiry that the delivery time is very urgent and production needs to be completed within 15 days. Due to the lack of inventory for this large-sized elbow, we immediately helped the customer find the body pipe in stock, gave the customer a production lead time within 10 days, and provided detailed drawings and inspection experience sharing to the customer in the early stage of quotation. After receiving our proposal, the customer expressed satisfaction and signed the contract a few days, and also arranged payment that week.
After the production of the elbow was completed, we proactively provided the customer with inspection photos and reports according to the initially confirmed drawings and the agreed on-site drawing method. After receiving our inspection data and photos, the customer was surprised by our rapid production and feedback. On the same day, they arranged for the final payment and notified us of the shipment.
At present, the elbow has been shipped and arrived at the customer’s warehouse. The customer informed us as soon as they received the goods and expressed great satisfaction with the product. They also stated that they will continue to support Xinyue and maintain close cooperation.
