This order is for seamless pipes and fittings supplied to local oil and gas pipeline contractors in Africa. In January 2022, our company received the first inquiry from this customer. After several months of patient communication and strength demonstration, the customer confirmed the PO in May 2022. However, due to payment issues with the customer’s bank, there has been no payment in the following. Our company adheres to the principle of serving each customer and has been patiently communicating with them, helping them find ways to exchange US dollars. Finally, with the unremitting efforts of both parties, the client paid the first deposit in December 2022. Upon receiving the deposit, we immediately held a pre production meeting and technical meeting, and sent technical documents such as ITP MPS to the customer for confirmation. Two more months passed in the document confirmation, and finally received technical confirmation from the customer in February 2023. Our company began production and completed the production and anti-corrosion coating within one month.
For this order, our company has arranged strict internal and third-party inspections, all of which have passed the inspection 100% at once. And helped the customer store the goods for 2 months, and finally helped the customer complete the shipment in early June.
