This order comes from new customers of the spring Canton Fair in 2024, which is also Stella’s first visit to the exhibition site and won the first order in her foreign trade career. The customer is a famous steel stockholder and supplier from Vietnam. This time, we purchased a batch of rectangular pipes to replenish inventory. Thanks to the in-depth communication with the customer on site, the order from inquiry to transaction took only one week. From production to processing, Stella actively gave feedback to the customer, carefully operated every link of the order, and finally delivered all products one week in advance, handing over satisfactory answers for the first cooperation with the new customer.
