This customer is a Thai regular customer who has been cooperating with Xinyue for 7 years and placed over 30 orders. This is his first visit to the Tianjin Xinyue office and personally went to the factory to inspect the products. The customer is a local engineering project supplier in Thailand, and requires carbon steel and stainless steel hollow sections every year. This order and visit are both very urgent. Xinyue team actively cooperated with the customer and led to conduct on-site inspections of the factory. The customer has highly recognized everything from product appearance size inspection to packaging and labeling details. Subsequently, the logistics department urgently booked the sea transportation. Through the joint efforts of the team, the batch of pipes was successfully shipped to Thailand.
