The most important thing for us and our customers is the delivery date. The customer informed the urgency of the order when sending an inquiry. Only when the delivery date is met can the final order be obtained from its customers. From the moment we received the inquiry from the customer, we always provided the inventory scheme to the customer. However, in the later stage, the customer changed the pipe length to 12 meters, so the inventory is not feasible for the customer. Finally, our cooperated factory promised Xinyue to prepare all the tubes within 25 days. Such a plan enabled our customers to finally get the order, and gave the order to Xinyue without hesitation.
Although we are on time for delivery, we have not relaxed our quality control. We have achieved 100% quality inspection for all the lists. Due to the epidemic situation, our quality inspection team was unable to conduct on-site inspection. However, in order to ensure the quality of our customers, we invited a third party TUV to conduct a comprehensive inspection and sent the TPI test report to our customers. The customer was extremely satisfied.
