We received an inquiry from a new customer in Singapore on 11th August. After less than a month of close follow-up, we reached an agreement with this customer on 4th September. This is Jasmine’s first order after joining Xinyue as a fresher. During the communication and negotiation process, she paid close attention to all customer needs, answered questions and made proposals in real time. The whole cooperation process was quite pleasant. The customer visited our factory and inspect the goods on his own. Without any doubt, the entire batch of goods passed the customer’s quality inspection. It was shipped by end of September and arrived at the customer’s warehouse at the end of October. Customers expressed high recognition of Xinyue’s comprehensive strength, especially the quality control system, laying a solid foundation for subsequent in-depth cooperation.
