The Turkish customer we want to talk about today is a new customer we contacted in 2021. Cooperate for the first time with API 5L PSL1 X65 ERW steel pipe, and need to do laser drilling and welding according to the drawing.
In the early stage of inquiry, our technical department repeatedly studied the customer’s drawings and determined the final processing technology. How to provide customers with high-quality and qualified products, this time we are divided into five parts. The first part is steel pipe production, which belongs to our traditional strengths; The second part is the hole cutting of steel pipe. The deviation of hole distance is required to be + – 2mm, and the deviation of hole diameter is + – 1mm. Special laser drilling equipment is required; The third part is welding; The fourth part is the galvanizing process. The amount of zinc required by customers is high, which the thinnest point required to be guaranteed to be 90 microns; The fifth is packing for sea transportation.
