In July this year, PETRONAS, the state-owned oil company of Malaysia, sent a RFQ to Xinyue Steel through its official website, seeking a batch of high-quality bolts and nuts specifically designed for oil and gas pipelines to bid for its important oil pipeline maintenance project.
