Recently, Xinyue Steel has achieved an important cooperation milestone – the flanges, fittings, bolts, and gaskets customized for the gas pipeline renovation project in Africa have been successfully produced and shipped to the project site by air. This is the second cooperation with the customer, and we have once again won recognition with professional quality and efficient services.
The customer of this cooperation mainly serves local contractors of international well-known oil companies such as Shell in Africa, focusing on the construction and renovation of energy infrastructure. This order focuses on the upgrading and renovation project of the original gas transmission pipeline system. In view of the strict requirements of gas transmission projects on equipment safety and sealing performance, the customer has put forward high requirements on product standards, material selection, and delivery time.
To ensure the smooth progress of the project, after receiving the customer’s deposit, our company immediately launched a special service mechanism: quickly held a pre-factory coordination meeting to clarify the production process and quality control nodes; at the same time, organized a technical team to hold a special meeting to repeatedly confirm the product specification details and technical standards, ensuring that each product fully meets the project requirements.
In response to the customer’s clear delivery deadline requirements, all departments of our company collaborated efficiently, overcame the challenge of tight production cycles, and completed the production, inspection, and packaging of all products on time. At present, all goods have been shipped by air and are expected to arrive at the project site in Africa in November 2025, providing timely support for the smooth progress of the local gas pipeline renovation project.
This cooperation not only verifies our company’s product quality and service efficiency again but also consolidates our cooperation foundation in the African energy infrastructure field.
