This order involves the supply of 200 tons of longitudinal welded pipes for a piling project undertaken by one of our long-term clients in the Middle East. The client has been cooperating with Xinyue since 2020, marking five years of continuous and successful partnership. Over the years, they have developed a high level of trust in Xinyue’s brand reputation, product quality, and reliable service.
In mid-February 2025, the client approached us with an urgent inquiry, stating that the piling construction was scheduled to commence in early April. Given that sea freight would take approximately 30 days, meeting the production deadline became critical for the success of the project.
Understanding the urgency, we immediately proposed a fast-track solution combining in-stock steel plates and expedited production, and made a firm commitment to complete the entire production of the longitudinal pipes within 15 days. Trusting in Xinyue’s consistent reliability, the client confirmed the order and arranged payment within just one week after receiving our proposal—a testament to the strong mutual confidence built over years of collaboration.

Within the promised 15 days, all production processes—including material preparation, welding, inspection, anti-corrosion treatment, and packaging—were completed in an efficient and orderly manner. To further secure the delivery timeline, we pre-booked a direct breakbulk vessel, reducing the transit time to just 27 days to the destination port.
As a result, the entire process—from order placement to delivery at the client’s site—was completed in just 60 days. This not only ensured that the client’s project commenced on schedule but also once again demonstrated Xinyue’s efficiency, flexibility, and commitment to excellence.
