On March 26th, 2022, Xinyue received an urgent inquiry from a Asia customer. Our team checked the system inventory immediately and held an urgent video conference with the customer. During the meeting, we suggested that the customer use Xinyue’s regular inventory products. On the one hand, according to the existing inventory situation, we have a batch of inventory with specifications and quantities that are more in line with customer needs; on the other hand, it can also quickly and effectively shorten the delivery time. The customer asked about several key points such as appearance, wall thickness, and production date. Xinyue also responded one by one with a professional explanation in time, submitted the quality inspection data of our pipes to the customer.

After confirming all information meets their requirements, the customer readily accepts Xinyue’s proposal and quickly signs the bill to lock the inventory. At present, the pipes have arrived in South Asia and put into project use.
