ancres et autres accessoires de pont Spécifique.., Xinyue successfully completed a special order from a long-time cooperated customer in Indonesia. This order included 250 articles, such as carbon steel seamless pipes, tubes soudés, tuyaux galvanisés, stainless steel seamless pipes, carbon steel and stainless steel pipe fittings, brides, and 3D bends, total 1664 pièces. These materials will be used for a local gold mining project.
The customer had an extremely tight deadline, requiring production to be completed within 15 jours. Despite the challenging timeframe, Xinyue team collaborated closely with suppliers and managed to complete the production task on schedule. This achievement not only demonstrates the professional capability and efficiency of the Xinyue team but also showcases our relentless effort and unwavering determination in the face of challenges.
Notably, this was the customer’s first order of 3D bends from Xinyue. To ensure product quality, the customer specifically dispatched their QC manager from Indonesia to witness the entire production process and all tests. These tests included heat treatment, hydrotest, MPI, physical and chemical test, Charpy impact test, hardness testi, and bending test. Xinyue team’s professionalism and rigorous procedures resulted in all tests passing on the first attempt, with results meeting or exceeding the standard requirements, earning high praise from the customer
After witnessing our production process, the customer highly praised our quality management and production capabilities. They indicated that for future similar orders, Xinyue products could be exempt from inspection and directly handled by our quality control team. This is undoubtedly a significant trust and affirmation of the Xinyue team and our product quality.
Actuellement, these materials are en route to Indonesia. We look forward to the customer successfully completing their gold mining project, contributing to the local economic development.
