This order is still for hollow section-H beams and welded pipes supplied to regular clients in Vietnam. This customer has been cooperating with Xinyue for 4 years and has not had any quality issues to date. After years of cooperation, the customer’s recognition of Xinyue brand’s steel products is extremely high. So the continuous orders over the years not only stem from customers’ recognition of quality, but also from the service awareness of Xinyue’s excellent business. The order quantity this time is not large, only around 100 tons, but the customer stated that the delivery time is quite urgent and it is a material that needs to be urgently purchased in the project. Based on this situation, we searched all the inventory warehouses for the customer, found all the materials, and finally provided the inventory solution to the customer. The customer was very satisfied with our inventory plan as soon as they received it. On the same day, they gave the PO and arranged for LC payment. On the third day, we received the customer’s LC copy.
At present, the pipes have been completed and shipped out. During each shipment process, we will maintain close contact with customers and provide them with photos of the finished products and containers in a timely manner.
