This order came from a local contractor in the Philippines. A principios de junio 2022, the customer sent inquiry to Xinyue. Through communication, We learned that this was a construction project of a pedestrian viaduct, which requires the use of structural steel pipes. Currently it was in the design, bidding and budget stage, Customer needed us to provide welded and seamless pipe for reference. According to the purchase list provided by the customer, some diameter of pipe do not meet the current production standards, we made a suggest to provide professional advice to the customer, modified the specifications and submit the price finally. At the beginning of October, the customer received good news that their company had won the bid and needed to update the price. Two options, which are seamless and welded pipe, needed to be offered at the same time. The specifications and quantity were revised 4 veces en el medio, and finally changed from 15 para 25 especificaciones. After detailed described the production process of seamless and welded pipes, Finally the customer considered the use of welded pipe solutions . In mid-October, we held 2 video online meeting with more than 2 horas, in which Xinyue was shown professionalism in detail. The customer is very satisfied with us, the contract was signed at the second meeting, and all welded pipes are currently in preparation.
