The order includes a variety of pile pipes with different sizes, materials and production processes, including ERW steel pipes, SSAW steel pipes and T-welded steel pipes. In addition, the coating process of 3LPE and thermally sprayed aluminum, as well as pile shoe welding, pile pipe butt welding and other processes are also involved. All orders involved the coordination and cooperation of six factories under Xinyue steel group. With years of experience and the cooperation of all links of the company, the order took three months to complete all production smoothly, and the whole batch of goods arrived at the customer’s destination at the end of January 2023.
