In April 2022, when I contacted the customer for the first time, I received an inquiry from their Technical Department. The inquiry includes steel pipes, flange-welded steel pipes and flange-welded elbows, including detailed product drawings for the customer’s dredging project in Saudi Arabia. Because the project is under construction, the customer has strict requirements on the delivery time. Therefore, our Technical and factory studied the drawings carefully, then offered quotation with batch shipment delivery plan for customer. After providing customers with our previous shipment records of similar products, their company highly affirmed our production capability. And then we signed the contract within two weeks.
