This story is about a new customer from Indonesia. Au début de l'enquête pour la première commande, le client a clairement demandé le délai de livraison le plus rapide. During the meeting, the sales fully demonstrated the strength of Xinyue’s company and its involvement in project construction over the past decade to the customers. After the video conference, the customer entrusted their third-party inspection company in China to come to Xinyue to inspect our Factory. This inspection also passed smoothly, so the customer trusted to hand over the order to Xinyue Steel.
The first order was completed on scheduled half a month later and passed the third-party inspection company’s inspection one by one. The customer was very satisfied with the inspection results. So for two consecutive months, the other two orders with the same specification were also handed over to Xinyue Steel.
