After receiving the inquiry in December 2023, the customer emphasized the urgency of the order, requiring a quick delivery time. The order involved both above-ground and underground pipelines, with stringent surface anti-corrosion requirements for the steel pipes and fittings.
Since this order was a project replenishment with a small quantity, the initially planned paint could not meet the MOQ. Faced with this challenge, Xinyue engaged in multiple communications with the customer, patiently suggesting alternatives, and eventually opted for Akzo Nobel’s commonly used paint model, ensuring the quality and anti-corrosion performance of the products. Due to the team’s efforts and efficient coordination, the products were delivered on schedule and are currently en route to Palau.
This customer primarily focuses on project maintenance, with small and varied order demands.
