On 9th Aug, 2022, Xinyue received an inquiry from the customer, saying that the hotel project under construction still needed some supplementary materials, the quantity was about one container, the size was 2000MM and 1650MM, and the delivery time was urgent. Xinyue submitted the best price and delivery plan to the customer on the same day. On the second day, the customer replied that our price was about 6% higher than that of the rival, and he asked us to give him a discount. After a short negotiation, Xinyue finally won the order again with a price slightly higher than that of the competitor on 12nd August. Many years of cooperation experience, as well as Xinyue excellent product quality and superior service, is the key to win the orders.
One week after receiving the advance payment, the customer suddenly informed us that due to the urgent need of materials for the project progress, the aluminum sheet with the size of 1650MM could only be purchased locally. He requested to cancel the size of 1650MM and order aluminum coils with other sizes instead.However, at that time, Xinyue has already ordered the raw material and arranged production, but considering the actual situation of the project, we agreed to the customer’s requirement after coordination. The customer is very grateful for our support and highly appreciate our deployment ability.
At present, all the goods have been completed and passed the inspection smoothly. It is expected to be shipped to the port this week and sail to Middle East, and it is expected to arrive at the destination port in late October. We look forward to cooperating with the customer again.
