As a well-known steel pipe supplier in China, Xinyue Steel Group recently successfully cooperated with a large Brazilian maintenance company and provided high-quality steel pipes for the customer.
This cooperation is the first time for both parties. The customer has very strict requirements on the quality of steel pipes, and needs to entrust well-known third-party company BV to witness chemical component & propriétés physiques & impact testing and final inspection to ensure quality. À la fois, due to the small quantity and diverse specifications, especially for multiple specifications of thick-walled steel pipes, collecting these steel pipe resources also faces considerable challenges.
In the face of the customer’s strict requirements and challenges in steel pipe resources, Xinyue gave full play to its resource integration capabilities. After various efforts, Xinyue successfully collected the steel pipe stock of TPCO, Baosteel and Baotou in a short time to meet the customer’s quantity and specification requirements.
en outre, the customer also made additional requirements on the low temperature performance of steel pipes. That is the impact energy of API standard steel pipes needs to reach a minimum of 27J under the condition of -20℃. Adhering to quality control, all API steel pipes successfully passed the CNAS laboratory testing under the witness of BV.
This cooperation not only demonstrates Xinyue’s leading position in the steel pipe industry, but also lays a solid foundation for its further expansion into the international market.
