This order is a new customer inquiry from South America, we sent an inquiry on May 20, 2022 to seek quotation, at that time the customer inquiry did not write a clear steel grade, at that time we recommended the steel grade and screenshot the chemical composition and mechanical properties to the customer to determine, during several rounds of technical issues of the discussion, we also actively to the customer to answer questions, help the customer to explain to the terminal. Finalmente, on May 20th, the customer confirmed the technical requirements and placed the order to us.
Due to the long delay in technical issues of this project, the customer requested us to provide the fastest delivery time.
Relying on our strong operational capability, we quickly found high quality stock tubes in the market, and after cutting the samples for chemical, mechanical and impact tests, and after the test results passed and Xinyue did its own dimensional inspection, we then asked the customer’s third party to do the final inspection, especificación, superficie, documentation review and individual weighing. After the customer’s inspection and release, we also arranged the nearest shipments quickly.
