Recently, Xinyue has once again joined hands with an old customer from Singapore to supply ASTM spiral steel pipes for a Canadian metro project, demonstrating the deep cooperation between the two sides and Xinyue’s professional strength. The total amount of steel pipes required for this project is 2,510 tons, and the customer requires a minimum yield strength of 345Mpa for the material. After receiving the customer’s inquiry, Xinyue responded promptly and provided the customer with a variety of solutions, accurate prices, and detailed technical documents. With professional services and strong support, Xinyue helped the customer successfully win the project.
In December 2024, the customer confirmed the purchase plan for the first batch of 1,056 tons of steel pipes. After receiving the purchase order, Xinyue immediately provided the customer with an accurate quotation and a detailed production and shipment plan. After passing the third-party inspection, the steel pipes were shipped to the customer in batches. The customer processed them and transported them to the project site, ensuring the smooth progress of the construction.
At present, the second batch of steel pipes has been completed and successfully shipped. Xinyue will continue to provide solid support for the subsequent progress of the project with efficient execution and professional services, and looks forward to deepening cooperation with the customer in more fields.
