After receiving the customer’s inquiry, Xinyue responded promptly and provided the customer with a variety of solutions, accurate prices, and detailed technical documents. With professional services and strong support, Xinyue helped the customer successfully win the project.
In December 2024, the customer confirmed the purchase plan for the first batch of 1,056 tons of steel pipes. After receiving the purchase order, Xinyue immediately provided the customer with an accurate quotation and a detailed production and shipment plan.
