Recently, Xinyue successfully won an order for a hydropower station project from a regular customer in Central Asia, once again demonstrating the deep cooperation foundation between both sides and Xinyue’s professional service capabilities. As early as the project’s preliminary design stage, the customer began in-depth communication with the Xinyue team. The technical team responded promptly and provided detailed technical document support throughout the process, earning high recognition from the customer with their professional expertise. During this period, the project underwent adjustments and was delayed for nearly two years. Eventually, the customer successfully won the bid for this government project.
This time, 3,094 tons of spiral steel pipes were procured. The client promptly opted to collaborate with Xinyue, and both parties meticulously confirmed the technical specifications. During this collaboration, Xinyue’s technology and production departments engaged in face-to-face discussions with the client’s technical team. Together, they established a more rigorous production specification control system through a series of technical documents, including ITP, MPS, WPS, and WPQR. Owing to comprehensive communication on technical details at the initial stage, the manufacturing process proceeded efficiently, and deliveries were made in batches strictly in line with the progress of the client’s project.
After the completion of this hydropower station project, it is expected to generate approximately 76.6 GWh of electricity annually, increasing the local autonomous region’s power generation capacity by about 25%. It will meet the electricity demands of 227,000 local residents and 468,000 residents in other regions, which is of great significance to the regional energy supply. Currently, the on-site construction of the project is progressing steadily.Over the years, Xinyue has maintained a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with this customer. Both sides have worked together in multiple projects and will continue to deepen their cooperation in the future to create more value.
