After nearly two months of production, the pipes was completed on schedule; Before transportation, the third party carefully inspected the coating, and the data obtained 100% met the customer’s order requirements. During shipment and loading, our company fixes the rope buckle on the surface of the steel pipe to achieve the purpose of protecting coating.
FBE coated steel pipe
FBE coating adopts special fusion bonded epoxy powder coating as film-forming material, which is a thermosetting coating. Before spraying, the steel pipe is derusted and preheated, and then the epoxy powder coating is sprayed on the surface of the steel pipe by electrostatic spraying. The coating is fused and bonded on the surface of the steel pipe to form a coating. The film thickness is 300 ~ 500 μ m. Super strong level can reach 800 μm above. FBE coating has the advantages of strong adhesion to steel, good film integrity, cathodic stripping resistance, soil stress resistance and wear resistance. It can be used as anti-corrosion coating for buried pipeline, underwater pipeline and outer wall of steel pile; It can also be used for anti-corrosion coating on the inner wall of pipelines transporting oil, gaz naturel, fresh water, seawater or sewage.
