It has taken more than one year from the first inquiry to the final order for this project. Due to the single specification and large quantity, the competition has been fierce since the initial quotation. However, this product is the most competitive main product of our group, and we Xinyue has rich experience in welding clutches, we have submitted the customer a very attractive solution since the first bidding.
Besides, the lock of this order is not the common C9 clutch, but the T + L type clutch which needs special welding and customization. The T type part is welded by two steel plates, and the L type part is cut by Angle steel. After repeatedly confirming the design drawing and technical parameters of the clutches, Xinyue issued the final drawing of clutch, and the customer also submitted this drawing to the project end user, and finally obtained the final approval.
Finally, in June this year, after the final consultation between the client and Xinyue, the order for the second phase was confirmed, but due to the long delay of the project, the delivery time was very tight. In order to meet the customer’s delivery date, our company urgently purchased raw materials and get the welding team ready in advance. At this time, the steel pipe is in full production.
