The order is from an old customer in Nigeria. The client is a well-known local EPC of oil and gas project. Dans 2021 we cooperated in the first time. When the first batch of goods arrived at the destination, they were unanimously recognized by customers and end user. After the completion of the first project, Xinyue continued to provide timely professional and competitive solutions for the client’s other tenders, helping the client to win a new bid soon after.
Based on the trust and recognition established by the first order, the customer held a video conference with Xinyue immediately after receiving the project, and finalized the final contract price and terms at the meeting. Xinyue has completed countless similar projects of line pipes in Africa, It is easy to handle such orders. The technical point control of the production process is very professional. But 2022 is not be kind to African bulk vessels. All shipments to Nigeria need to be booked at least one month in advance. Facing the uncontrollable shipping situation, the customer completely trusted Xinyue and paid all the contract amount before the goods were ready to ensure that the booking could be completed ahead of schedule. Xinyue Finished the pipe production in advance , make sure all are ready for loading in any time .After a long waiting time, it was finally delivered to the port. We wish the client’s project a successful completion.
