The Indian client is a church builder. The client contacted us in the middle of last year. But no purchase order was confirmed. I contacted the customer on August 19 this year, and the customer asked to update the price scheme. After updating the price, I found that there are many people asking about this order in the market. We have many competitors.
Knowing that the customer was in a hurry about the delivery date, I used the company’s resources and integration to find the spot plan to the customer, and at the same time sent the customer a photo of the spot. The customer is willing to cooperate.
However, the client was very cautious because it was the first time to cooperate with our company. From August 20 to August 22, I successively solved the customer’s technical communication and confirmation problems, especially the problem of the company’s trust. I made a lot of presentations and introductions:
I told the client that I had a regular customer in India who I had worked with for 7 years and shared the company name, product and use of the Indian customer. At the same time, I gave customers a comprehensive presentation of our Xinyue Iron and Steel Group, focusing on the AEO International Customs advanced certification we obtained in 2022. We are the ninth export company in North China to get this certification.
Only in the past ten years without any customs and tax problems of the enterprise, at the same time, the export of our Tianjin Jinghai area for three consecutive years ranked the top three, ranked first in 2021.
Finally, we won the trust of customers and stood out among many competitors.
I believe it is not the first time that the company won the order because of its reputation.
