The project is located in Brazil, where Xinyue supplied ASTM A252 Gr.3 SSAW steel pipes for piling applications. The pipe size is 812.8×12.7×12000mm.
The client is a well-known contractor in Brazil with extensive engineering experience and an established supplier network. For a client with abundant supplier resources, earning recognition through our own capabilities was one of the key challenges during the project.
Since receiving the inquiry on June 2026, Xinyue conducted multiple rounds of communication with the client regarding product standards, technical requirements, control de calidad, and commercial terms. Based on the project requirements, we provided complete ITP, MPS, and other technical documents, offering detailed technical support covering manufacturing processes and quality control. We also maintained continuous follow-up and responded promptly to the client’s requirements.
It is worth noting that our quotation was not the lowest. The client’s final decision to cooperate with Xinyue reflected their overall recognition of our product quality, experience in the South American market, and professional service capabilities. During communication, we proactively used Portuguese according to the client’s needs, helping reduce language barriers and ensuring that technical requirements and commercial information were communicated accurately. Continuous follow-up, timely responses, and close attention to project details gradually built trust between both sides.
Durante la producción, Xinyue strictly followed the ASTM A252 Gr.3 standard and implemented comprehensive quality control covering raw materials, welding processes, precisión dimensional, and overall product quality to ensure that every pipe met the project requirements. We also actively supported the client’s third-party inspection requirements, and the products successfully passed the third-party inspection, further verifying that all quality indicators met the project standards. Through efficient production planning and strict quality management, we successfully completed the manufacturing and delivery of the order, providing reliable material support for the client’s piling work.
