Since our first collaboration in 2017, Xinyue Steel has worked with this overseas partner for over eight years. The previous five orders of seamless steel pipes and fittings were delivered without a single issue, laying a solid foundation for this new cooperation. Based on their consistent recognition of Xinyue’s quality, the client placed this LSAW pipe order without arranging third-party inspection—a significant vote of confidence in our industry. But for Xinyue, while cooperation may have a “skip-inspection” understanding, quality control can never have a “skip-inspection” slack.
Prior to production, the Xinyue team proactively submitted the technical documents to the client for confirmation, ensuring mutual agreement on key control points and inspection standards. Throughout the manufacturing process, non-destructive testing (RT radiography, UT ultrasonic testing), hydrostatic testing, physical and chemical laboratory tests (tensile/impact/chemical composition analysis), and finished product inspections—every single step was strictly witnessed and recorded by QC personnel. Layer upon layer of checks, each linked to the next, ensured that every steel pipe was flawless from inside out. Whether the client sends an inspector or not, Xinyue’s internal quality control system always operates at the highest standard—not a single substandard product will ever leave our factory.
The client’s decision to forgo third-party inspection this time is an affirmation of our past performance; Xinyue’s commitment to full-process quality control is our responsibility to the future. From seamless steel pipes to LSAW large-diameter line pipes, Xinyue has not only expanded its product portfolio but has also consistently delivered the same level of quality—”the same whether the client is watching or not.” A smooth delivery may come down to pricing, but the sixth order after five previous ones must come down to reliability. This trust is now being written into the story of X52M on our production line.
