This order supplies DIN standard A100 crane rails (U71Mn & Q355B) for African crane rail construction. The core technical challenge lies in 45° bevel cutting on both rail ends, with a strict length tolerance of ±2 mm.
Most factories in the industry can only guarantee ±5 mm tolerance, which fails to meet the strict requirement.
Faced with this challenge, our sales and engineering teams worked closely with the production workshop to evaluate the manufacturing process, equipment capability, and inspection procedures. After multiple rounds of technical discussions and process optimization, we confirmed that the required tolerance was achievable and formally included the ±2 mm requirement in the sales contract, demonstrating our confidence and commitment to the customer.
After product delivery, all inspection data in the final acceptance test met the required standards: rail dimensions, 45-degree cutting angle, and length tolerance all complied with the contractual technical specifications.
