At the end of July, Xinyue received a request for quotation from an old customer in Vietnam for a project supplemental order. Due to the very urgent delivery date, the customer needed to receive the goods before the end of September, and in view of the smooth delivery of the previous order, the customer directly found Xinyue again. The client’s design drawings had small floating changes compared to the first phase of the project. Xinyue confirmed the design adjustments with the technical staff at first, and sent the client Xinyue’s proposal after confirming all technical details.
The client verified with the relevant technical team after receiving the solution from Xinyue. The next day the client gave us a perfect feedback and the next day we drew up the contract content. At the beginning of August, Xinyue received the deposit from the customer smoothly. Now the goods have arrived at the port and are waiting for shipment.
